Having a supportive spouse is key in a relationship, but to also have a supportive spouse during labor is so comforting. It helps soothe anxiety during the unknown moments of labor and during active labor.

I have some new mamas that have teething babies. I have a special place in my heart for you, but these drops I’ve seen our miracle workers and their homeopathic.

Looking at this post leave a comment/ advice on breastfeeding for mothers who are struggling to produce, because they may have had a preemie who’s still in the NICU, or because they feel they are not producing enough and have to supplement with formula, or because they have a little who may be in the NICU for another reason. Give some tips, and tricks you may have used/use to get that milk flowing. GO!

Just in case you needed to be reminded….
If you see a small girl wearing a bikini, mind your business.
If you see a big girl wearing a crop top, mind your business.
If you see a girl not wearing a bra, mind your business.
If a girl of any size doesn't fit your definition of beautiful or sexy because she is too “skinny” or too "fat"…. Keep your toxic and rude comments to yourself . ✌🏼
You do not have the right to make anyone feel any less for being a certain size.
Simply ✨mind your business✨
Every body, no matter what shape or size , is beautiful and should be loved. ❤️

On 3/27 5:48pm Baby “O” came into the world. His parents are in love with him and so is Masego Doula Care! He is a true Prince. Mom/Daddy and baby are doing great. 🤎💜

When plan A doesn’t go our way, sometimes plan B is the next option and that could be the OR for a C-section. Then there is times when the OR is your only option from the outset. Whether it’s planned or not planned I’ll be there also. See me in my bunny suite!

I continue to say that I love being a birth /postpartum Doula, it is truly my passion, I take pride in serving my families, and the Lewis family truly let me know i’m doing what God wants me to do. They treat me just like family, so much so they wanted me in their family photoshoot. They know I love them. 🤎🤎🤎🤎🤎🤎 These 2 beautiful babies I helped birth. They are beautiful and their mom and dad are even more beautiful on the inside and out. This family warms my heart in so many ways. Every family that I get to serve knows I am there for them every step of the way. &deuce !

This beautiful mama is up next to soon give birth. I spend time with my clients and their families. This to me is one of the best things a DOULA can do. Listen to your mamas while using technics to open the birth canal 😉. This chair exercise helps to relieve back pain as well as helps to make room in the birth canal.

While everyone is asleep a mothers natural OXYTOCIN (no Pitocin) and a peanut ball were working from beginning to completion!
Back story: Moms water never broke naturally with 2 previous births, labor lasted 12 hours or more, mucus plug never lost, and this time she was recommended to try Masego Doula Care (me), because she wanted to experience the whole package with her last baby. WELL SHE GOT IT! We did exercises that had her at 3cm walking for a few weeks, she lost her plug,her water 💦 broke at home, we got to the hospital, 2 hours later 5cm, 3 hrs later completion, she had a beautiful baby girl. Healthy, calm and so alert looking at her Dad, Mom and sisters🎀🧸
The baby practically delivered herself. 3 pushes! Mom

Dance Competition was a huge success for Dedrick’s Dance District (D3). The teams performed wonderfully and the awards proved it. They worked hard and it showed. Here are a few pics of the weekend
