Did you know that the name “burrata” comes from the Italian word “burro” which means butter highlighting the cheese’s rich and buttery texture?!

Burrata is a fresh Italian cheese made from mozzarella and cream, and it is known for it’s creamy flavor.

We like to pair it with prosciutto since the saltiness of cured meats pairs well with the mildness of burrata… and even better on top of a piece of our tuscan bread!
