Jenna Stiltner (formerly Jenna Peregoy) has been in the real estate field for over 18 years, giving her a broad spectrum of knowledge and experience. Starting her career with a local real estate Attorney, Jenna mastered the skill of closing transactions in real estate. Since 2015, she has been originating loans as a Loan Officer for Atlantic Coast Mortgage LLC and has had tremendous success; winning the President’s Award in 2016, 2017, and 2018! Additionally, for 2018, Jenna was awarded the Best Mortgage lenders award by AskALender.com. Her dedication, knowledge, and passion for her work helps set her apart from the rest and allows her to create the best mortgage experience for her business partners and clients alike.

Jenna is a Vice President & Senior Loan Officer with Atlantic Coast Mortgage LLC, located in Charlottesville, Virginia, but provides services to all of Virginia and North Carolina. She aided in the opening of the Charlottesville Branch of Atlantic Coast Mortgage and quickly became a well–known and trusted Loan Officer in the Community. She has successfully created an entire team, known as “The Stiltner Team” to assist her and her clients with around the clock service and provide personalized one-on-one service. Jenna and her team take great pride in making all of their partners and clients feel more like family by creating personal connections with their business relationships. Her and her team go the extra mile every time, helping to change their local community by “Turning houses into homes one loan at a time!”.

One of Jenna’s many passions is giving back to her community. She is a firm believer in working with other local businesses, to help grow and make our local community stronger. A fun fact about Jenna- she loves her coffee! At any given time, you will find her hard at work, sipping away on a cup of coffee. She also enjoys traveling with her husband, Chris, and two children- cherishing their time spent together while making priceless memories. She married her now husband, and business partner Chris Stiltner in May of 2018! Jenna also loves her Australian Shepherd, Hudson, her French Bulldog, Frankie, and her 3 rescued cats! Jenna is a loving mother, wife, and friend, who has a special place in her heart for helping others.
