Another first time homebuyer got their keys this week thanks to ! Semberly was able to take advantage of a $2,500 grant UHM offers to first time buyers to get a lower interest rate. She can now get the puppy her son has been dreaming about!

Felix and Cathy worked SO HARD for this! They came to me with no prior knowledge of credit or the home buying process, but were eager to learn and make it happen. 3 months later they are first generation homeowners in their family.

First time homebuyers will always be my favorite to work with, this was no exception. helped this young couple put their roots down on the perfect home with a fenced in backyard for their pups. They chose to settle down in Chattanooga after living in Denver for a period of time...this city is special!

Huge congrats to Chris on closing on a BEAUTIFUL property on Signal to raise his kids on!! Chris met the sellers and developed a rapport with them, eventually scoring him a great off market deal. Dream homes present themselves in funny ways sometimes!

P.S. I rarely feel as short as I did at his closing.
