This is Penny’s friend, Lilly, with our Stella today in Enumclaw. Lilly stepped in to handle Stella so Penny and Dirk could show in the same class. Stella was pretty good with a stranger handler and Lilly was soft and kind to Stella.
Team Stella was happy with her “work” and the judge showed her appreciation too. Thank you to the Sammamish Kennel Club. I hope Santa brings the BBQ chicken vendor a whisper generator for Christmas. It was so loud the only way we knew the Star Spangled Banner was being sung was seeing folks a few rings away standing with their hands over their hearts.

DJ is growing up fast. Big bone, big feet, big character. A happy happy dog.

Be showing with Fred in BPUP class in Enumclaw next Friday afternoon. Dog shows are a big stressor for the little guy. All the strange noises, strange people and so many dogs that don’t look like him. He can count on his Aunt Stella and Fred for his safety anchors.

Well yesterday was a WOW! Today you could have knocked me over with a feather as Dirk went Best of Breed again today under Judge Mrs. Kathi Brown!

Stella did better today taking Reserve Winners Bi**h.

WOW! At the Gig Harbor KC today Judge Fred Bassett awarded Dirk Best of Breed! With that Dirk, pending AKC confirmation earned his Championship Title! Many thanks to Penny King for handling him.

The fireworks have started so I have all the pack in the house and DJ is spending some couch time with me.
