For those who are struggling at home right now with trying to give your kids attention , while still trying to have time for yourself and your spouse/relationships ... I Designate a day for each of my kids , Including myself and my husband . On the kids days I will read , watch what they want to watch , do their hair , feed them what they want , take them to the store if I go , play what they want and so forth ...Saturdays is my husband's day where He has off of work therefore he doesnt have to lift a finger that day ! We do what he want's ... Finally Sunday "the resting day" is my day , I dont cook , clean , I read or write and do what I choose to do !
Im learning how to Balance my life for my sanity .. This strategy might now work for everyone , but it sure will help most people ! If you dont have as many kids as I do you can substitute that day for something else ...
