About 2 years ago, I started to recognize that I needed a plan to get my health back on track. I didn’t know much about Functional or Holistic Health YET…but I KNEW I needed to sleep better!

I was getting less than 5 hours of sleep with 3 am wakeups nightly and I was absolutely exhausted. I found a trial of a hypnosis app, and thought “what the heck”?

It was a game changer for me, and I have consistently gotten 7-9 hours of restful sleep since then…even when other things are out of wack, my sleep stays steady!

It was my first step in listening to my body….and with a lot if stress lately, i am going to resume a few sleep sessions to make sure it stahs! If you’re struggling to sleep, check out ClearMinds for sure! 😴 🥱

I am sad to announce that I have closed my doors at 1 Cottonwood Drive in Chatham. Most of my clients chose virtual visits so I have decided to go back to a virtual-only practice.

Merry Christmas and Happy New Year from our family!

(I know, I know...I'm 2 weeks late!)...but we finally got to be together this weekend and celebrate with a white Christmas! We haven't been able to have everyone together for more than a few hours at a time this year, so it was very nice to have everyone in one room!

Maybe next year I'll have the time and energy to make a Christmas Card and letter, but for now, enjoy our first family pics in several years!

Thanks to my friend Aimee for collaborating on these pics so I didn't have to run back and forth on that icy bridge to set the timer!!!
