There is a collective energy that is extremely intense, and showing up, at least in my world, as paradox. Much like the solar eclipse we experienced, the Sun and the Moon came together in perfect union, creating a field of mystery, complexity, and awe. Paradox is what is opposite and contradictory but still prove themselves to both be true. I find that the Divine shows up in paradox quite often, so I pay attention when it does shows up.

- Am I aware of what others need, especially when different than my own?

I wanted to take a moment to share what I am seeing, which I believe reflects some of the collective. There is an interesting paradox in our collective. There is soooo much heaviness and heartbreak and yet there is a potent energy of healing that is showing up in my practice. My heart breaks for the people enduring the crisis in Gaza and the Congo (and so many more nations), AND (here is the paradox) there is so much energy around healing, people being open to healing deep personal and ancestral wounds. The destruction around the world is a mirror to the internal destruction of old belief systems and what I see is hope. It makes me ask the questions: can we hold the extremes that are happening right now? Can we hold the paradox of our world? I think it is a must. Otherwise we and our nervous systems will be overwhelmed by the heaviness and heartbreak. Can you let your heart break open from the pain being experienced in this world AND let that opening create light for our world, send it out into the world, in whatever way your able to do. This is no small thing and not always so easy, but it is our human responsibility to be in relationship with it all. DEEP BREATH! This doesn't mean "saving" anyone. This means finding a way, an action, in whatever way your able, to bring more love and humanity into this world. Bring your soft love, your gentle love, your fierce love, your potent love into engagement with this heaviness and suffering in whatever way you can. In fierce love-

In personal healing, when there is a space of love and compassion being held for us, we are able to traverse into our personal suffering and transform it through love. The more potent the container of love the deeper we are able to go into our suffering to heal. This container is not held by yourself, it is done through our relationships to others (either a professional or agroup).
Let us create the collective container to hold a space of devoted love for this collective healing. WE are going into the suffering of our pasts, uncovering what has been hidden for far too long, and bringing it into the light, the truth, to be revealed and transformed. This is how I choose to hold the pain of the moment, in paradox.

My teachers showed me how to follow the energy and honor what it is showing you, even if it's not where you thought it should be. So Elias Patras and I are trusting the energy and will be postponing our Earth Honoring Apprenticeship program to 2025.
