Ragadan is now 2 years old!! Holy Cow!!
We officially turned 2 last month and boy has time gone by!
Thank you to all the people that have given our little Falafel Shoppe a try and we hope to see ya’ll for some years to come.

My Favorite Falafel Sandwich is no doubt the “Stuffed”
This pita is stuffed to the max with flavor, texture, and aroma. What makes it unique is the addition of caramelized onions with sumac, giving this sandwich a sweet and sour element you won’t find in other falafel sandwiches.
This is how food writer describes it in his Substack, The Hunger.

Revisiting the good ol’ Bacon Cheeseburger!
As with all our burgers the beef is a tri-blend of Chuck, Brisket, and Short Rib. The Holy Trinity of burger blends, and we worked closely with our butcher to get this blend just right.
Next is the Smoked Bacon, White Cheese, Yellow Mustard and the Zatr Mayo that brings it all together!

Just like everything else on the menu you can pair this burger with one of our sauces, for the Bacon Cheeseburger I recommend the Burger Sauce.

Here’s a rundown, It’s a zatr mayo based sauce with minced shoor pickles, ketchup, a little spice, and a little salt.
Not sure what it is about this sauce with this burger that just creates fireworks. Pairs yours next time with it and if you like a little more spice add some Pickled Jalapeños.

Nothing says summer like a Fried Chicken Sandwich, check out our version,

red tahini ranch

Whats Red Tahini Ranch?? Its a Tahini based sauce with ranch seasonings, a little BBQ, a little spice and a little sweetness. Its definitely a party of flavors so come join the fun!
