Lots of experimenting this week, but I’m really excited about my first attempt at Sfogliatelle 🥰 it’s a flaky Italian pastry, also known as “lobster tails” for their shape. I’ve filled them with a traditional semolina ricotta filling that uses cinnamon and candied orange peels, and then two less traditional versions with vanilla and pistachio custards 🤩
