Sigh, it’s fall… I know most of y’all are excited but blame the California girl in me that longs for an endless summer. But to mark the change of season, I switched it up a bit with this coconut cupcake order, garnishing it with toasted coconut. Cause fall is meant to be all toasty and cozy, right?

It’s National Lemon Day today and National Toasted Marshmallow Day tomorrow AND I happen to have the most perfect dessert for both days: Lemon cake with lemon curd filling and covered in toasted marshmallow frosting! Care for a slice? 🍋

Hey old friends! It’s been a minute but I’m popping in here to let you know I’m still baking. 💜 In fact, my most requested cupcake as of late has been the Ube Cupcake. I love that I’ve gotten to introduce this delicious purple yam to so many people. Extra sweet is when I can throw in some extra ube treats such as the cake pops and coconut macaroons. Orders continue to be accepted in limited capacity. Thanks all for your continued patience and support! I’m just trying to find the balance that is life, you know? 😵‍💫

It’s the first day of spring so that calls for something bright and floral! Converted my Philippine Sun cupcake into a cake and decorated it with mango slices shaped into a flower. Here’s to warmer days! ☀️

It’s National Popcorn Day and I’m craving a go-to market staple of mine: the coconut-caramel popcorn with white chocolate drizzle. I guess I got to get back to doing some markets this year for an excuse to make these! 🍿

I know I cannot resist getting a chocolate chip cookie when I’m at a cafe, bakery, or grocery shop. Unless there are Rice Krispies present! 😜
