Introducing 564 Green Bay Road in Winnetka, IL – a new 4-story mixed-use building. This development will be the new home of Engel & Völkers Chicago North Shore, with full-floor unit apartments on floors two through four. We are excited to be working in the beautiful village of Winnetka.

We commemorated the start of our upcoming project at 1523 N Fremont. This 5 story apartment building will include studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom units as well as amenity and retail space. We are so excited to have this project get off the ground!

Exciting News! Colman Yards in Rockford, Illinois, is officially under construction. This multi-year initiative is set to revitalize the historic Barber Colman plant, along with preserving its legacy and creating a dynamic, modern community.

What is something you like to remind yourself of everyday?
Each morning, I like to remind myself how truly important it is to appreciate the simple things in life, including being grateful for the privilege of having a roof over my head, a bed to lay on and, most importantly good health.

Tell us about a book, podcast, or learning resource that has had a positive impact on your professional development?
I still haven't come across a book or podcast that has truly inspired me. However, there is a person I really look up to who has inspired me throughout my personal and professional life; my brother Jorge. He continues to help me build good habits, develop a more productive and focused mindset, and to be a better parent.

What do you enjoy doing in your free time?
When the weather's nice, one of my all-time favorite things to do is go on long walks here in Chicago and explore new local places. Something I’ve started doing recently is looking at different homes online for inspiration in my own future home.

What is your favorite film, television show?
I have a couple actually, but my favorite film has to be The Great Gatsby, with Leonardo DiCaprio. Any film with Leonardo DiCaprio is great to me. I am also a sucker for romance films with a little bit of drama to spice things up!
