I got rid of my shower so I could feel like I’m always at the spa. 🧖🏻‍♀️

Why are so many people drinking hydrogen rich ionized water?

💦 Some athletes noticed after drinking the water, they were able to perform longer if they were on the field for example.

Specifically because the hydrogen rich water is keeping the acidity down & unlike other sports drinks ➡️ this water does not include all the dyes and sugars you see in sports drinks.

💦 It also allows for quicker recovery.

⬆️ This is possible because when the acid in your body increases, your oxygen levels decrease which makes it more difficult to breathe.

People have been turning to bottled water that says the water is alkaline, but have you ever noticed the ingredients?

Try creating a budget to save & grow your money. A little bit of discipline today means you're chillin later down the road.

You ever see those posts where people say something like, "just save $150 a week and you'll have $7,200 by the end of the year!" And then you're like, "but I don't have $150 to spare each week...."🤔

I feel that.

Obviously, the more money you save the more you'll have.

But look at it like this. Budget for the thing you want. Assess the money you currently have, the money you have coming in, and figure out all the accounts that pull money from your personal account.
At that point, you'll be able to see exactly where all your money is going and what you actually have.

Then ask yourself, how much can I afford to set aside each month? And JUST DO IT.

Don't get discouraged if you can only set $20 per check... it will still add up.

If you just do like $40 for the entire month, look what the end results would be ➡️ $40 x 12 = $480 per year.
