• Assists in receiving orders, stocking and pantry organization
• Cleans, cuts, stores and otherwise prepares food for cooking
• Works one or more kitchen stations including: grill, fry, and/or salad stations
• Assists in cleaning and maintaining kitchen equipment
• Take direction from Executive Chef

Servers & Bartenders must be over 21 and be able to work days, nights,weekends and HOLIDAYS

Requirements include:
Flexible schedule

Experience working in a fast paced environment

The successful applicant will have previous experience:
Working a busy line
Assisting in prepping food for his/her station
Keep calm during busy shifts
Clean worker, excellent knife skills & an ability to remain calm under pressure
