Happy Mother’s Day! Today, we celebrate two incredible mothers in the Molleda Family – Brittany & Shazay. After facing multiple challenges during the birth of their second child, they turned to as a home away from home for the next four months.

“Ronald McDonald House has allowed us to be together as a family and connect with others in a similar situation as us. We couldn’t be more grateful,” said Brittany.

Most recently, the Molleda family attended the Gala as their honored guests. 😊

Meet Dennis Cha – a McDonald’s Owner Operator of 15 years, and Co-President/Founder of Chicago's Asian American Operators Association (AMOA). His favorite part of being an Operator is mentoring crew members and getting involved in community outreach!

We will be spotlighting various AAPI community leaders and crew members, and highlighting the impact the AMOA has had within the community and McFamily. ❤

Happy Asian American and Pacific Islander Heritage Month!

On Saturday, more than 800 guests came together for the Annual Gala. As part of the celebration, the top 10 McDonald’s General Managers from the Chicagoland and Northwest Indiana communities were recognized for their commitment to raising critical funds for the Charity.

The GM’s and their store locations across the region were instrumental in contributing over $1.8 million in 2023 through the Round-Up for Ronald McDonald House Charities program!

This week, we celebrated McDonald’s Crew Member Jahnia for all her hard work and dedication that makes a positive impact on our McFamily. Along with other Crew Members and Owner/Operator Dennis Cha, we threw her a special ceremony where she was gifted a range of goodies including a limited-edition varsity letterman jacket designed by creative entrepreneur and McDonald’s alum, Kendall Hurns.
