Learn a choreo to a popular song that explores how to bring out the sexy up, down, and all around the pole.

In this class, we will break down walls of insecurity through a choreographed routine that allows you to let go of control and really bring out the sexiest side you have to offer.

Legs 4 Days is an intermediate spin class focusing on tricks that accentuate long lines and legs.

You’ll learn the ins and outs of spin control and how to make your inverts look long , luxurious and strong. Then you’ll navigate into various spilt based moves that’ll show off your limbs.

Not only will you learn how to fake flexibility on the pole but you’ll also learn the necessary tools needed to make your legs look longer and cleaner in your dancing.

The twerk technician herself is visiting Velvet & Chrome this weekend! Come learn to twerk with or without a pole.
