Filipa Pato is one of the most important names in the region of Bairrada, an Atlantic influenced region that can produce beautifully balanced white, red, and sparkling wines.

Filipa use farming techniques to grow indigenous varieties in Óis do Bairro alongside her husband, William Woulters. The Blanc de Blanc is a fantastic sparkling wine that features a blend of Bical, Maria Gomes, and Cercial.

Dry, crisp, and mineral, not only is this incredibly refreshing, it is truly complex.

Producer Spotlight - Domaine Nerantzi of Macedonia
Nerantzi Mitropoulos founded the winery in 1988 in the PGI of Serres, in the northern part of Greece, known as Macedonia. Today Nerantzi and his daughter Eva farm 15 hectares of vineyards organically at an elevation of about 300m.

Nerantzi takes great pride in the region, cultivating unique indigenous and traditional varietals to showcase the terroir of Macedonia.

Taste a shining example of Nerantzi's winemaking with the refreshing 2023 Assyrtiko, with notes of stone fruit, citrus, and minerality.

Producer Spotlight: Francesca Fiasco of Campania Italy

Francesca Fiasco is one of the most exciting new wineries in Campania! With a small range of just 4 wines, Francesca upholds the traditions of her grandfather (see pic 2), producing spectacular wines in the Cilento National Park.
