“I love serving high-quality food and building relationships with our regulars. And of course, my great coworkers!”

“I can solve a Rubik’s cube in under two minutes!”

3.) What’s your go-to song of the summer?
“’All My Life’ by K-Ci & JoJo—it’s definitely my summer anthem.”

4.) Do you have pets? If so, what are their names?
“My parents have a dog named Scout, whom I absolutely adore. She’s the best!”

5.) What’s something you’re proud of about yourself?
“I’m proud of my mustache—I treat it with lots of TLC.”

6.) What’s your favorite thing to do on your day off?
“Taking a bike ride to the lake and jumping into the water. I’m all about those lakefront activities.”

7.) Lastly, what’s your favorite item at PQM?
“The Slagel Farms Bavette steak. I didn’t even know it existed until I started working here, and now it’s my favorite cut of meat.”

✨Meet Jill and Julz!

Jill and Julz are two of our amazing servers at PQM, and we thought it’d be fun for everyone to get to know them a little better. So, we asked them to answer a few important questions. 😉

1.) What do you love most about your job?
Julz: “The team. We are a family.”
Jill: “My coworkers are the best ever!”

2.) What’s something surprising that not many people know about you?
Julz: “I’m an artist and musician—who just so happens to be partially colorblind!”
Jill: “I can’t answer this because I’m an open book. Everyone already knows everything!”

3.) What’s something you’re proud of about yourself?
Jill: “I’m proud of my ability to keep an open heart through the highs and lows.”
Julz: “I’m proud that I thrive through acts of kindness.”

4.) Do you have pets? If so, what kind and what are their names?
Julz: “I have a black cat named Spraynard—Spray for short. He doesn’t spray, though haha!”
Jill: “I grew up with two rescue dogs. One is named Walter, and the other is Jessie—totally unrelated to Breaking Bad.”

5.) What’s your go-to song of the summer?
Jill: “‘Tough’ by Lana Del Rey and Quavo. I’ve been loving it! It’s just so ridiculous and awesome.”
Julz: “Hmm, this is a tough one, but I’d have to say ‘He Was Our Boy’ by Two Inch Astronaut.”

6.) What’s your favorite item at PQM?
Jill: “The new Tomato Sandwich—add bacon! Who doesn’t love a good BLT?”
Julz: “Ooh, I like to cook at home, so definitely the Slagel Farms Dry-Aged Ribeye. Or the Tache Pistachio Latte!”

7.) Lastly, what’s your favorite thing to do on your day off?
Jill: “Lying on my roof in the sun and reading a book.”
Julz: “I’m in a bowling league, so I’d have to say either go bowling or see a show!”
