National Smoothie Day was a few days ago!🍑🥭
Today we will be celebrating by sharing a delicious, nutrient dense raspberry-peach-mango smoothie bowl recipe!
Ingredients:
- 1 cup frozen mango chunks
- ¾ cup Greek yogurt
- ¼ cup milk of choice
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- ¼ ripe peach, sliced
- ⅓ cup raspberries
- 1 tablespoon sliced almonds
- 1 tablespoon coconut flakes
- 1 teaspoon chia seeds
Directions:
1. Combine mango, yogurt, milk and vanilla in a blender. Puree until smooth.
Pour the smoothie into a bowl and top with peach slices, raspberries, almonds, coconut and chia seeds to taste.

International hummus day is in May!
Read on for an easy, delicious hummus recipe to celebrate!
Ingredients:
2 cups chickpeas (drained and rinsed)
¼ cup tahini
1 lemon (juiced)
3 cloves garlic
½ teaspoon salt
Directions:
1. Blend: add all of the ingredients to a blender or food processor and blend until smooth.
2. Add water: add 1 tablespoon of water at a time until your hummus reaches your desired consistency (I usually end up adding 2 tablespoons).
3. Taste test: taste and add additional salt if preferred.
4. Serve: serve as a dip for chips, fruit or vegetables or use as a spread for toast or sandwiches. Optionally, top with a drizzle of olive oil & a sprinkle of chili powder.

National Vitamin C day is in April! We wanted to celebrate by sharing a refreshing citrus power smoothie recipe🍊
Ingredients:
juice from 1 large red / pink grapefruit
juice from 1 large orange
juice from 1–2 blood oranges
juice from 3 clementines (or tangerines)
1 large frozen banana
2 TBSPs h**p hearts or oats
1/3 - 1/2 cup of milk of choice
1/2 teaspoon vanila extract (optional)
Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend on high until the mixture is completely smooth, about a minute. Taste to see if you want anything else, then pour in a glass and enjoy!
Enjoy as is, or add toppings as desired.
