Hi ladies! I know some of you from the weekday morning yoga classes I sub. I’m hosting a Groove dance party at Prenatal Fit this Thursday at 6:30!

The Groove experience is probably the most fun dance fitness class you’ll ever get to have.
It is for total beginners and experienced movers alike. In fact, it's so simple that anyone can do it!

In a Groove class, participants are unified as a group through very simple movements while at the same time being guided to uniquely express themselves creatively and freely.

Bio: Passionate about promoting health and well-being for both moms and their little ones, Amanda is a dedicated mommy and instructor. With a background in Kinesiology, Psychology, health & wellness, D1- captain collegiate cheerleading, Pilates and a love for fostering strong parent-child bonds, Amanda creates fun and engaging sessions that not only help moms regain strength and flexibility postpartum but also introduce babies to movement in a nurturing environment. Through personalized instruction and a supportive atmosphere, Amanda empowers moms to prioritize self-care while bonding with their babies through the joy of Pilates and strength training.
