Next Step in the Sprouting Process…. Dehydrating!

After soaking the nut or seed in water with Organic Pink Himalayan Sea Salt (step 1), then we take the nut or seed and place it into a dehydrator.

The dehydrator is a very low-heat oven that extracts all of the water absorbed during the sprouting process.

Dehydrating nuts or seeds is crucial as it preserves their nutrients, extends shelf life, and enhances flavor and texture!

At Brothers Nuts, we specifically use a dehydrator because of its low heat, so it does not kill ANY of the nutrients.

How do We Start the Sprouting Process???

Our sprouting process starts by placing the nut or seed into a craft of reverse-osmosis water seasoned with organic himalayan sea salt for a certain amount of time.

This ensures that each nut and seed is engaging in the sprouting process.

Soaking a nut or seed activates enzymes, boosts nutrient availability, and improves digestibility.

It also enhances the flavor and reduces anti-nutrients at the same time!
