People..... Take care of your teeth so you won't be like me at 51 trying to replace all of the teeth that you lost.... I am the mother of 6 children. I was never taught about the importance of taking care of my teeth and making sure that I had the proper food and nutrients to replace all of the things my children were taking from me doing my pregnancies.... Moving forward, I'm going to have to have several procedures to get that smile that I've been wanting for a very long time.... but that's OK I'm up for it. 😁😁😁😁

It's been a looooooong emotional ass week for me...cried a few times.... 😵‍💫😤🤯😪

For some reason I believe we can get back the compassion in the Nursing Field... but every day I am less and less hopeful... I'm being called the "Opps" for caring too much and wanting us to provide an excellent standard of care for these people, who I'm sure would much rather be home with their families.... for some of them we are all they have... Unfortunately a lot don't even care... I will continue to give as much love, caring and compassion as I possibly can... the smiles on their faces when they see me as their nurse Is what keeps me going... I hope and pray for a turn around in this field every single day 😔
