Small law firm focused on estate planning and estate administration seeks an experienced and motivated paralegal to assist with drafting legal documents, client communication, assisting in executing documents, recording deeds and funding trusts. We have locations in Chicago and Naperville. The position will primarily be in Naperville, but will also require occasional travel to Chicago.
Typical duties will include:
• Drafting legal documents;
• Communicating with clients through phone, Zoom, email, and in person;
• Calendar management;
• Filing;
• Data Entry;
• Organizing documents.

Requirements:
• Experience in a law firm (2+ years);
• Experience in estate planning;
• Attention to detail;
• Self-motivated; and
• Punctuality.

Job Type: Full-time
