I’ve been on a hiatus from social media and trying to navigate a way of existing here without spiraling out of my own humanity.

A few tips-
❄️Dip in whatever swimwear or clothes you want but avoid cotton or wool and know that the less you wear, the faster you’ll warm up after your swim
❄️Some ppl like wearing water shoes to keep their toes just a tiny bit warmer in the water
❄️Bring easy slip on shoes for after (I like wool slippers)
❄️Bring a robe or blanket to throw on after the dip
❄️ A towel to dry off with
❄️ Extra socks - something warm!
❄️ Make sure you have a ride home or can call an Uber - there’s nowhere to warm up over there after the dip. A heated car will be our best option 😁
