We are exhausted, but man this weekend was fun! Thanks to every one of you who came out for Oktoberfest Saturday AND the Halfway Home Animal Rescue Fundraiser Sunday. Our staff all killed it, all the food was incredible and everyone had a blast!
Oh yeah and…we may have adopted a new Outcry family member yesterday - Brewski (see him in the pics). He’ll be around to meet and greet everyone soon!

Oktoberfest Saturday is almost here and we are so hard at work over here…we’ve got an amazing menu (swipe to see menu), and of course our outfits (swipe again for Jim’s trial run in his lederhosen).

Our chicken schnitzel went over so well last week that we’ve paired with our homemade German potato salad for you this week.
The chicken is hand breaded, fried golden but oh-so-juicy. The potato salad is authentic with vinegar, mustard, bacon and spices. This one is as good as it looks!

Field trip today! Picked up 30 empty kegs that we will be using for all of Jake’s new beers! Took the van down to for the kegs and a super nice visit with Anthony and sampling their delicious beers! On our way back and ready to stock our new walk in cooler with a ton of beer!
