También tenemos el punto del tiempo que se toma en cerrar una transacción:
Un banco normal requiere de 30 a 45 días por lo general cuando un mortgage broker puede cerrar en 15. El tiempo de cierre es una parte de la negociación de una casa y te puede distinguir cuando hay mucha competencia.

Un ejemplo que siempre uso es de las aseguranzas:
Allstate, Farmers etc solamente van a ofrecer los productos que son de ellos. Si vas con un insurance broker, meten tu información una sola vez al sistema, y arroja hasta 100 opciones ☺️

Ustedes que me conocen saben que no digo las cosas sólo por vender, así que vengo a contarles que tengo una SUPER OPORTUNIDAD!!!
