This is a nice story. A retired marine contacted me through Facebook. He was tired of renting and just wanted to see where he stood as far as being able to qualify for a home. I quickly explained the first time home buying process to him and made him aware of all of the tax savings he'll have as a homeowner. To make a long story short we found a perfect match for him and his family the first day of viewing homes. We are now in escrow and we have a very happy family that will soon be homeowners.
