In commemoration of Black History Trivia Month, the Tau Phi Chapter of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc. will be hosting a Black History Knowledge Bowl on Feb. 24. A top prize of $350 will be awarded to the 1st place team. Teams are to be comprised of 3-5 individuals. Any Greek Organization wishing to participate is limited to registering only one team. All other Student Organizations are invited to register as many teams as you'd like. Church youth groups and any other Scholastic organization are also welcome to participate. The Knowledge Bowl trivia questions will be based off of a packet of information that is also used in the annual NAACP Black History Trivia Bowl. If any of you would like to participate or would like further information, feel free to contact Tau Phi's Social Chairman, Artrice Pray, via email: [email protected]. There is no registration fee. This is a great opportunity to raise funds for your Chapter, Philanthropy, Student Organization, etc. Once your team is registered, your team captain will be emailed a copy of the packet that the questions will be drawn from.
