Why yoga? ππΌ
Lilly, embarked on her true yoga journey in 2023. Though she had practiced yoga for several years as a student, it was in 2023 that she discovered yoga's profound impact on her personal healing, leading her to pursue her 200hr RYT, 200hr CMT, and Sound Healing Certifications. Yoga has connected her mind and body, providing peace in her chaotic household with two boys, a husband, and a dog, alongside a stressful day job. Teaching yoga and meditation makes her feel like a happier, healthier version of herself.
Lilly strives to make yoga inclusive for every body and everybody. She is currently completing her 500hr RYT program to bring the best experience possible to her students. She believes everyone can benefit from yoga in some way and aims to create a judgment-free zone where everyone can listen to their bodies and meet their needs.

Sabrina, a Clarksville native, has been practicing yoga for 10 years. She was drawn to yoga by the benefits of connecting the mind and body, as well as the peace it creates. Her passion for teaching was sparked by the positive results she experience from her own yoga journey, calming the mind, and transcending physical boundaries. For Sabrina, yoga is more than just a practice; it's a path to inner peace and holistic well-being. She truly enjoys sharing this experience with others, helping them find peace in stillness and movement in the body.

Meet Casey Avera, our passionate CYT500 yoga instructor π§π»ββοΈπ
Why yoga? ππΌ
Casey has been practicing yoga for 12 years, but it was in 2020 that she truly embraced its healing power while battling postpartum depression and feeling unfulfilled in her corporate career. Leaving behind the 8-5 grind, Casey immersed herself in Yoga Teacher Training (YTT) and has never looked back. Yoga provided her with profound self-understanding, helped her unlearn unhelpful patterns, and allowed her to heal from past traumas. This deep healing ignited an undeniable passion in Casey to share the transformative power of yoga with others and offer healing in any way she can.
πEducation: 200-hour YTT, 300-hour YTT, with additional training in Yin Yoga, Pranayama, and Mindfulness. Casey is also pursuing certification as a Yoga Therapist!
β¨Specialty: Casey's classes blend Vinyasa flow with mindfulness, offering modifications to suit all body types and levels, making yoga accessible and transformative for everyone.

Why yoga?π
From a young age, Bridget found joy in movement through gymnastics, calisthenics, and dance. As she grew older, she explored weightlifting and acrobatics, celebrating the body in motion. At 21, as a new mom dealing with life's pressures, she found her stress outlet in hot yoga. With 9 years of experience, she now helps others find the same mind-body connection through yoga. Bridget believes that yoga isnβt just about what you do on the mat; itβs a way of living that helps integrate balance, calm, and love into your daily life.
π± Education: RYT200, with training in a blend of yoga styles.
β¨ Speciality: Bridget combines the intensity and discipline of Bikram with the fluid movements of Vinyasa. Her classes are perfect for beginners or advanced yogis as she provides modifications for all levels and body types.

She practiced yoga off and on for years but it wasnβt until her first YTT that her life changed, discovering yoga's profound ability to heal and transform. For Dina, yoga became more than exercise; it became a journey to inner peace and holistic well-being. Sheβs now passionate about sharing the transformative power of yoga, creating a welcoming space where everyone can experience the healing and balance that yoga offers.
