*Cooling Tower Project*

From design to the final touches, our team does it all! We pre-fabricated supply and return pipe, pipe support steel, and supplied and erected a Pre-Engineered Metal Building (PEMB) with an internal mezzanine for all electrical gear.

Additionally we installed water filtration equipment, poured foundations to support all piping, installed pumps and motors in the water sump, connected all piping and integrated the system electrically and mechanically to best suit the customers needs!

Thank you to JKS Architecture, Powerhouse Controls, Morton Mechanical, Five Star Electric, Slate Concrete, Estes Excavating, and SK Technical Services, LLC for all onsite assistance! Also a big shout out to our crew for the hard work put in daily for a successful completion of this project!

🌟 This week, our Employee Spotlight is Josh Fitzhugh! 🌟

Josh has been a part of our team for 5 and a half years and is one of our Crane Operators! He not only operates cranes with precision but also plays a vital role in coordinating communication with the ground crew, guaranteeing a smooth workflow and a safe working environment on our construction sites!

What do you love most about your job?
- “Being outside and being with all my coworkers!”

What does your ideal weekend look like?
- “Being with my family and hunting!”

What is something surprising not many people know about you?
- “I used to race cross country!”

- “Pay off all debt for my family and close friends!”

Andrew has been a part of our team for a little over a year and is one of our Project Managers. He coordinates between the clients and contractors in order to quickly and efficiently accomplish the job!

- “Going to the shooting range!”

* PROJECT UPDATE *

All site earthwork has been completed for our 150,000 sq. ft. warehouse in Clarksville, TN! The groundwork is laid, and we’re moving on to the next phase: concrete!

🌟 This week, our Employee Spotlight is Josh Fitzhugh! 🌟

Josh is our CAD Department Manager and has been a part of our team for 9 years! He manages the jobs that come in, preparing them for the shop floor by preparing cut lists, making nest files for the burn table, ordering materials and much more!

What do you love most about your job?
- “The flexibility. We work a lot of hours but they make it easy to work around what we need family wise!”

What does your ideal weekend look like?
- “Spending time with my daughter!”

What is your favorite movie of all time?
- “Idiocracy!”

What is something interesting people might not know about you?
- “I used to competitively race motocross when I was younger!”

Buck has been a part of our team for 13 years and runs our plasma table in the shop! He plays an important role, as the majority of our projects start with him!

- “The means to take care of my family!”

- “Spending time with my family, church, and working on old cars!”

- “Myself!”

Our team has completed all the finishing touches on the 62,000 lb. cooling tower. It’s now securely loaded on the truck, ready to make its way to Oklahoma!

Our team has successfully fabricated this massive 62,000 lb. cooling tower. Standing at an impressive 60 ft. tall and 9ft. 6in. in diameter!

Our paint shop crew will soon add their finishing touches, and once painted, our team will proceed with the installation in Sapulpa, OK!

Jarron is one of our Estimators and has been a part of our team for 8 years! He reviews bid documents and plans, creates spreadsheets to come up with costs, and submits bids!

Jacob has been a part of our team for 10 years now, but has been running around our shop since he was a little boy! He wears many hats such as staying in contact with all of our customers, estimating different jobs, and coordinating our transportation fleet!

🏗️ Elevating our crane work with our latest addition, The Grove 30/60 AT Crane! 🏗️

⭐️ PTL Fabricators Employee Spotlight this week is Dakota Cardwell! ⭐️

Since joining our team in October, Dakota has been actively involved in our day-to-day operations, primarily focused on hanging steel at numerous job sites!

What do you love most about your job?
- “The guys I work with everyday!”

Describe your perfect weekend or ideal way to spend a day off.
- “Either being on the lake or in the woods!”

What is one thing you can’t live without?
- “Jesus!”

Where is your favorite place to be?
- “Anywhere outside!”

Dakota, we want to say thank you for dedication and tireless efforts! Your hard work does not go unnoticed!

We want to give a huge shoutout to Joel Logsdon, Josh Fitzhugh, Ruben Aguirre, and Jose Diaz who worked around the clock for 4 days straight to complete this job!

These 4 men utilized a 100-ton RT crane to position a drill rig and boom lift at the bottom of this casting pit for GSI, a geostabilization company. They then securely installed fence matting to safeguard the sides of the pit. When it was all said and done, they effectiently removed all equipment from the pit using the crane!
