Today we gathered under the big top to celebrate someone with an even bigger heart. Last November, we lost a beloved colleague and cherished friend, Laura Curtis. Today we remembered her and fulfilled her wishes. Laura loved wood fired pizza and before her passing, she wanted us to celebrate her memory eating her favorite thing in one of her favorite places with some of her most favorite people. Laura, it was our honor to have known you, and today you were celebrated and deeply missed. You'll be in our hearts forever.
