SUPERBOWL PRE-ORDERS are now live! From wings, cheese and tacos to vegan sliders and hummus dip, there is something for everyone coming over for the game (or just in it for the halftime show)!

Each item can feed up to 15 people and pick ups can be anytime on game day between 7am-7pm — Orders can be placed by giving us a call OR online by clicking “order online” and finding the Super Bowl Pre-order on the drop down menu 🏈

It’s time for a new Sandwich of the Month!! This month we’re serving Bánh mì on a house made baguette with braised pork tenderloin, pickled vegetables, jalapeños, mint, cilantro and of course no sandwich of the month would be complete with using some of the Mustard of the Year from 🏆

The history of this sandwich is fascinating and the symbolism behind it inspiring —Though the reasoning behind French influence on Vietnamese cuisine isn’t exactly heartwarming, the results are something to behold. With that, I give you our take on the Bánh Mì —

Introducing the latest addition to our breakfast menu, The ScramBowl! This one is our wild mushroom with tomato, Spanish onion, bell peppers and farro— Available all day everyday!

For a limited time, our all day breakfast includes this awesome buttermilk biscuit bread pudding with onion-bacon jam, scallions and a fried egg!!

What started as a new test recipe turned into this beauty - who doesn’t love a happy accident? :)

It’s here all month! Classic Cuban Sammie with honey roasted ham, shredded pork, gruyere, old Brooklyn mustard’s preserved lemon, pickles, served on house made baguette.

The pork shoulder is cooked low and slow for a total of 18 hours. Literally until it fell off the bone. The cucumbers and red onions were cold pickled in house with white balsamic vinegar, sugar, salt and toasted peppercorns. Our chef prefers the cold pickling method because it leaves the vegetables crisp, fresh and still tasting like they should with a little acidic zang that hits the back of the palate with each bite just before the richness of the fat becomes overpowering.

NEW SANDWICH on the block🚨this month we’re offering a BBQ pulled pork with bacon, green apple, fried egg, arugula on lightly toasted brioche bun, hun :)

The little details:
The pork was braised for 18 hours and was falling apart when it came out. The egg was fried in bacon fat, the apples bring acid to the dish, cutting through the rich buttery brioche.

Teaming up with the bitter/peppery arugula, the duo were then tossed in honey adding a sweet note to this masterpiece of a meal. The inside of the bun was toasted low and slow with clarified butter, giving it some of that golden brown texture, while leaving the outside soft as a cloud — Each bite is a perfectly balanced palate pleaser and this bad boy is here for the month of December 😊
