There is no yoga involved, but you are welcome to attend class before or after creating your shirt!

Plan on 30 minutes start to finish to create your custom tie dye shirt. You will go home with the shirt, detergent, gloves, and washing instructions.

Join Michelle for her All Levels Chair Class featuring the ever popular Ashtanga Flow.
You'll be guided through the Ashtanga sequence, modifying the poses to utilize the chair. Traditional Ashtanga is an Intermediate to Advanced class, BUT Michelle's chair version makes this Yogi favorite accessible for all!

Join us for an evening of trauma release and soul retrieval with Tammy and Jennifer. Through the power of fire, voice, sound and frequency the space will be created to embark upon a sacred journey. We will dive deep to excavate, uncover and retrieve parts of the soul. Facilitating healing on a cellular level, encompassing the mind, body and soul.

In preparation, please consider fasting or eating light on the day of the event, drink plenty of water so that you are hydrated, bring a yoga mat, blanket, pillow or meditation cushion for your comfort, a journal or writing utensil for intention setting and reflection.

Monday, August 19, Elsie Tie Dye will be at Entouch to help us have fun and create cool, tie-dyed T-shirts!

T-shirts will be unisex sizing from size S - 2XL. Sample sizes are available to try on. The shirts will be pre-folded and banded. You add the creativity by dying the shirt the colors of your choice. Estimated start to finish you will need 30 minutes to complete this project.

You will go home the same day with your shirt, gloves, detergent and washing instructions.

The Tie Dye station will be set up from 5-7 PM on Monday, Aug. 19. We ask you pre-register and provide your anticipated shirt size. But drop-ins are welcome as well!
If you want to make a tank top, we will need to know that as well as those will be limited supply only.
