Do you practice gratitude?
I started 10 years ago.
Now it has become a morning thing, but I still don’t miss a day.
It is one of the foundational pillars of my mental health, and helped me climb out of depression and manage my anxiety.
To experience this incredible feeling of gratitude, you can think of ANYTHING to be thankful for. A good friend, the beautiful weather, an accomplishment you have achieved, or maybe even basic needs, like food, water, shelter - that you don’t need to worry about today.
You can think of something new every day, or you can feel grateful for the exact same things every day. That part actually doesn't matter. The MOST important part of this practice, is that you are not just going through the motions and listing things out, but you take a moment to actually FEEL grateful.
It is the deep feeling of gratitude that makes the physiological and psychological shift - and changes us for the better 💙
So be sure to take just 10-20 seconds (or more if necessary) right now to feel a deep appreciation for whatever it is that you are grateful for.

If you need to stay seated, flex your derrière. Be sure to breathe while you squeeze and hold those muscles for a beat, then relax. Do the same thing with your thighs and calves, all the way down to your toes…
