Looking for a great work out opportunity for your high schooler?
Join Coach Emily on Mondays and Wednesdays 6:15-7:15am at Heart Mountain Fitness!
This is great group of teens -- that work hard and have some fun along the way. While the primary focus of this class is always promoting safe movement, teens will learn a variety of exercises including body weight movement, moderate barbell lifting, kettlebell workouts, core exercises, rowing, skiing, stationary biking and more!
First class is always free -- class packs are $75 for 10 classes after that (or $10 for a single class).
