Rachel has been ahead of the trends since we met her. She was way into Ayurveda before Kourtney Kardashian could even pronounce it. I remember one of our first conversations; she dreamed of yurts, homesteads and horticulture. I had to google horticulture. Practicing with her launched my personal practice to new heights, learning from her has made me a better teacher, and all the wisdom she shared I will carry with me for the rest of my life.
