🏋️‍♂️ Fitness Friday Functional Workout:

1. Warm-up: 5 minutes of jogging in place or skipping rope.
2. Circuit Training: Perform each exercise for 45 seconds, then rest for 15 seconds before moving to the next exercise. Complete 3 rounds.
• Squat to Overhead Press (using dumbbells or a kettlebell)
• Renegade Rows (with dumbbells)
• Step-ups or Jump Squats
• Battle Rope Waves
• Plank with Shoulder Taps
3. Finisher: AMRAP (As Many Reps As Possible) in 5 minutes of Burpees.
4. Cool Down: 5 minutes of stretching focusing on major muscle groups.

1. Outdoor Cardio: Take your workout outside and go for a nature walk, hike, or bike ride. Enjoy the fresh air and connect with nature while getting your heart pumping.
2. Bodyweight Circuit: Complete 3 rounds of the following exercises:
• Tree Pose: Hold for 30 seconds on each leg to improve balance and focus.
• Bird Dog: Perform 12 reps on each side to strengthen your core and lower back.
• Mountain Climbers: Do 20 reps to elevate your heart rate and work your core and shoulders.
• Earth Push-ups: Instead of traditional push-ups, do push-ups with your hands directly on the ground to feel connected to the earth.
