Did you know that Black women, on average, earn $0.67 for every $1.00 earned by white men? The wage gap is a persistent issue that requires our collective efforts to close.

Join us on Black Women’s Equal Pay Day for networking and a public signing of the Columbus Commitment Pay Equity Pledge at the Adelphi Bank, Ohio’s first Black-owned bank. Whether you are a professional, entrepreneur, or simply interested in supporting the cause, this event welcomes everyone.

In-person space is limited.
Based on an overwhelming response, we encourage everyone to consider joining us via live stream for this incredible event! Although our in-person spots are filled, we want to ensure that everyone has the opportunity to be part of this meaningful gathering. The event will be live-streamed for those who cannot attend in person, so you can still participate and engage with us remotely. There is no need to register; everyone is welcome to join us via livestream!

Event Agenda
Networking: 4:30-5:30
Program and Signing: 5:30-6:00

One of the challenges for workplace leaders is how to help these diverse individuals work as a team. We all know what happens to organizations that don’t have effective teamwork: they fail. And, failing to embrace diversity can also have serious legal costs for corporations. This workshop will give you ways to celebrate diversity in the workplace while bringing individuals together.
