Day 49 : We made it! 49 days, 3,321 miles, 10 new friends, and countless memories. Alex Gregory joined us as we rode 118 miles to Bethany Beach and dipped our front tires into the Atlantic Ocean. Thank you everyone who has supported and cheered us along our journey from coast to coast. Until next year @ Bethany Beach, Delaware
Day 48 : What a day! The sun came out as we rode into DC and met with our beneficiary RCAP to talk about the importance of their work. Thank you Farhaad, Dan, Steve, and Jess for the laughs, pushing us past our limits, and reminding us why we ride for world health. @ Washington, District of Columbia
Day 44 : Enjoyed a fast 72 mile ride into McDonald, PA powered by and humongous pizza/calzones. Welcome back Jackie and Michelle Mostow! @ McDonald, Pennsylvania
Day 45 : We passed by waterfalls, deer, and a snake riding 83 miles along the Montour Trail and the Great Allegheny Passage. 5 days away from reaching the Atlantic Ocean! @ Ohiopyle, Pennsylvania
Day 46 : Raced down the slopes from the Eastern Continental Divide into Cumberland, MA. Thank you Ron for sharing your stories about the town's connections to George Washington, Tiffany, and the underground railroad! @ Cumberland, Maryland
Day 47 : Toughened out the muddy C&O trail and a sketchy tunnel to arrive at the barn in Williamsport, MD. Two more days of cycling! @ Williamsport, Maryland
Day 43 : Fresh legs and fresh faces powered the team 112 miles through the rain from Columbus to Uhrichsville, OH. Thank you First United Methodist Church for providing dinner and giving us a place to stay overnight!

Day 37 : We're back in Ohio! Jackie got her first flat (finally) cycling 83 miles to Cincinnati, OH. See you tomorrow Columbus! @ Cincinnati
Day 36 : Enjoyed a scenic 52 mile ride from Louisville, KY to Madison, IN. Thank you Be Free Ride Bikes for outfitting us in the brightest jerseys on the road! @ Madison, Indiana
Day 35 : Spent our rest day in Louisville touring the Louisville slugger museum, bourbon distilleries, and taking it easy before we cycle towards Columbus @ Louisville, Kentucky
Day 34 : Took in the scenery along Route 62, met a cute dog at a rest stop, and enjoyed a tasty meal at Royals Hot Chicken in Louisville. Four more days until we arrive in Columbus! @ Louisville, Kentucky

Day 32 : Cycled 110 miles, crossed into Indiana, and sustained a nasty crash but everyone's ok. Happy birthday Jackie! @ Evansville, Indiana
Day 31 : New boys on the block! Battled strong headwinds and rough gravel roads to arrive in Carbondale, IL. Thank you El Greco for the tasty dinner! @ Carbondale, Illinois
Day 30 : Checked out the Gateway Arch, enjoyed some great food in St Louis, and said our goodbyes to Alex Gregory @ St. Louis
Day 29 : Cycled 78 miles to St Louis, welcomed Jeeho to the team, and enjoyed Ted Drewes Inc. Thank you Pappy's Smokehouse for the amazing BBQ and cookies! @ St. Louis
Day 28 : One of those days that feels endless and you find yourself going downhill in your lowest gear (strong headwinds). Kudos to the locals in Houston, MO carrying crosses along U.S. 63 and cheering us on. Arriving in St Louis tomorrow! @ Bourbon, Missouri
Day 27: We rode through the chilly rain to Houston, MO, where we were welcomed by the amazing staff at Texas County Memorial Hospital. Shout-out to Ozark Greenways, Inc. for the beautiful bike paths in Springfield! @ Houston, Missouri
We will be hosting a leisurely 12 mile bike ride in conjunction with OSU COM Spin Doctors and Paradise Garage around Columbus followed by dinner at a nearby restaurant on May 3 from 5:30 - 8:30 p.m. The ride and dinner cost $20, with proceeds supporting our beneficiaries. Day 26 : Continuing our journey across America, stopping in Springfield, MO overnight with the Lears after a 76 mile ride. We're sad to let go after eight days of delicious ice cream. @ Springfield, Missouri
Day 25 : Cycled 67 miles on gravel roads to Joplin, MO, where we unwound with BBQ, Netflix and the best doggo. We're so excited to be in Missouri!! @ Joplin, Missouri

Day 24 : Arrived safely in Coffeyville, KS after a 88 mile ride. Shout-out to Tulsa bicycle/pedestrian advisory committee and for making Oklahoma one of our favorite places to cycle! @ Coffeyville, Kansas
Day 23 : We have now cycled more than halfway across America! Arrived in Tulsa, AZ today and checked out the Gathering Place. Also Reid watched I am Legend @ Tulsa, Oklahoma
Day 22 : Cycled 64 miles in freezing rain to arrive in Cushing, OK, where coffee, bowling, and Braum's ice cream warmed our spirits up! Thank you Selby's for hosting us in OKC! @ Cushing, Oklahoma
Day 21 : Repaired our bikes, explored the city, and met up with OSU alumni at Fassler Hall on our rest day in OKC. @ Oklahoma City, Oklahoma
Day 20 : Cycled a quick century in chilly weather to arrive in OKC, our rest stop for the next day. @ Oklahoma City, Oklahoma
Day 19 : Cycled 85 miles crossing state lines to arrive in Clinton, OK, and enjoy spaghetti and Braum's ice cream with the local firefighters @ Clinton, Oklahoma
Day 18 : Grateful to arrive in Shamrock, TX after a long day cycling 100 miles on rough roads and barking dogs (Pastor Neal's dog just wanted belly rubs) @ Shamrock, Texas
Day 17 : Enjoyed a leisurely 99 mile ride across state lines into Amarillo, TX, befriended many cows, and left our mark on Cadillac Ranch @ Amarillo, Texas
Day 16 : Battled strong headwinds cycling 107 miles to Clovis, NM. Fun fact: over half of the cheddar cheese consumed in America is produced here at the Southwest Cheddar Company @ Clovis, New Mexico
