Cake slices are back today at North Market downtown until sold out!

1. Peter Rabbit- this is our version of a classic carrot cake, made with toasted hazelnuts, golden raisins, rainbow carrots and crushed pineapple with vanilla buttercream and salted caramel sauce.

2. OSU Linebacker- alternating layers of peanut butter and dark chocolate cake layers, salted caramel ganache, chocolate ganache, crushed English toffee, chocolate buttercream, almond butter buttercream and salted caramel sauce drizzle!

Don’t fight it, just take a slice of each! 😉

All of our cupcakes are Vegan today and most are also Gluten Free too! Come grab a few at the North Market downtown before they’re all sold out

Our fruit tarts are simply divine. We start with a honey lavender pate Sucree crust, fill it with baked vanilla egg custard and top with fresh berries and whipped cream! These lovelies are available today at the North Market downtown, but you better hurry because they won’t last for long. 🥰

St. Honore cake is a decadent French pastry. Ours consists of; puff pastry topped with dark chocolate ganache, berry gel, crushed hazelnut praline, triple berry mousse and mini tiramisu cream puff. Is available me North Market downtown.

Chocolate croissant dough filled with salted caramel ganache and brushed with creme de cacao syrup! What else do you need for breakfast?!

This is how we celebrate for Mother’s Day! Our White Chocolate Entremet is layers with a white chocolate genoise sponge kissed with a coconut rum syrup, caramel coffee panna cotta, ruby chocolate pistachio ganache, then topped with raspberry mousse and finished with raspberry jellie. These will sell out quick so stop by downtown to stock up for Mother’s Day.

I refuse to sell macarons individually, so we make sample boxes instead and everyone loves them North Market downtown, but the sell out very quickly! Macaron Flavors included; Strawberry Rose, Blueberry Lemonade, Lavender Berry, Andes Euphoria and Sophisticated Buckeye

An Entremet is a French confection, consisting of multi layers of sponge, mousse, fruit compote and glazes.

Ours begins with a light and airy chocolate genoise sponge, creamy layer of chocolate panna cotta, more of that delightful sponge, crunchy hazelnut ganache and finished with a velvety mixed berry mousse and glaze.
