Crazy that it's been a full year since Nurse Nancy's hand injury! All of us in healthcare know how devastating a hand injury can be. Nancy took it in stride, never complained, and came back better than ever. Nobody Cares More or Connects Better with her patients than Nurse Nancy!

A different spin on the Before and After for this one. The first photo shows Dr. Nogan as a student in Mexico, getting his first glimpse of what a career in surgery might be like. The second photo was taken two weeks ago on a surgical trip to Honduras. A lot has happened in the past 15 years. Plenty of challenges, stress and uncertainty. But also accomplishment, joy and purpose.
