IRLAB is pleased to announce a new summer academic program!
The Field Experience in Bioarchaology - offered in collaboration with the The Ohio State University Department of Anthropology at The Ohio State University - is an outstanding opportunity for students to gain practical experience in archaeological excavation and bioarchaeological investigation by working on a historic cholera cemetery in central Ohio. This program was developed to offer high-quality bioarchaeological excavation training in the US and at affordable rates. The field experience welcomes undergraduate and graduate students, as well as CRM and forensic science professionals interested in developing skills in the excavation of human remains.

In collaboration with OSU Anthropology, open to both OSU and non-OSU students.

For whom will ask, last time we opened application later than other field projects all over the country and we had to cancel the 2023 experience. Being IRLAB a non profit organization the number of students is a crucial factor in running projects, that's the reason why you see us in 2023 fall promoting a 2024 summer one.
