Here's an awesome master bathroom we recently remodeled in Upper Arlington, Ohio.

Here’s an awesome garage addition with a bonus room above that we recently built in Dublin, Ohio. We also converted the existing garage into a mudroom, laundry room, bathroom and kids' storage.

Here’s an awesome mudroom remodel we just completed in Delaware, Ohio. We also converted the closet into a ½ bath and made it accessible to and from the outside pool area.

We were the general contractor for this one-of-a-kind recording studio for twenty one pilots drummer, Josh Dun. His wife and actress, Debby Ryan will also use the studio to add or replace dialog on any movie she's currently working on - which will greatly reduce her travel time. Such a fun and amazing project for amazing people!

Here’s a master bathroom we recently remodeled in Delaware, Ohio. The existing bathroom was divided into 3 confined areas and now it’s one spacious room. Special features include vitreous china console sinks, clawfoot air massage tub, and a barrier-free, walk-in shower with handmade tiles.

Here’s a theater room we just built in Westerville, Ohio for a fellow high school alumnus and his family. He's an aspiring actor that has received several awards including best actor. Oh, and that’s him on the big screen. 🙂

We’re wrapping up this basement project in Delaware, Ohio. Check out this bar and the massive underlit sapphire quartzite countertop.

Here’s a heavily detailed front porch we just added to this home in historic Olde Towne East. Our team reproduced the numerous bracket and crown molding details to match the existing 125 yr old home.

We just finished converting this dingy unfinished attic into a stunning executive home office. Master Bathroom is next 🙂

National Contractor of the Year!!!!! Wow! We are so honored to be named a 2021 NARI National Contractor of the Year. 9 of our recent projects were judged by remodeling experts throughout the United States. All 9 of our projects won 1st place in Central Ohio, 8 of them won 1st place in the Region (Ohio, Michigan, Indiana, and Kentucky) and 3 of them recently won 1st place in the Nation. The CotY Awards are the highest form of recognition by industry leaders and peers. For the 2021 awards, The National Association of the Remodeling Industry received nearly 435 entries from across the United States representing over $128 million in remodeling projects. This is our 1st National recognition. Yea!!!!!

Here’s a really fun mudroom we just created in Powell, Ohio. This once undefined space between our clients kitchen and garage is now full of custom built-ins with well-planned organized storage.

Here's a much needed front porch we just built in Lewis Center, Ohio. We also replaced the front door with a custom wider door unit made from White Ash.

Finishing up renovations to this circa 1904 historic home in downtown Pickerington, Ohio. We restored the original woodwork, floors and steps throughout and even rebuilt portions of the original fretwork spandrel with ball and dowel detail. Not all woodwork gets painted. 🙂
