Dearly beloved our beloved Rev.Fr James Cherian will be celebrating Divine Liturgy at St. Peters and St. Pauls Indian Orthodox Church, popularly known as Parumala Church/Parumala Pally one of the most sacred and holy churches of the Indian Orthodox Church.
Morning prayer begins tonight 1030pm EST as there is a time difference with Indian time which is at 8AM.

This church contains the tomb of the first canonized saint of the Indian Orthodox Church , Geevarghese Mar Gregorios of Parumala, who died on 2 November 1902 at the age of 54.

Today we celebrate the 10th Memorial of His Grace Mathews Mar Barnabas, Metropolitan, the “golden bishop with a wooden cross”.

Please join this as we remember this saintly Metropolitan and seek his intercession. Matins will begin at 4PM, followed by Holy Qurbana.

We are happy to announce that a new version of the LRD App is now available for iOS and Android. Depending upon your current version, you would have seen a "New Version Available" popup upon opening your App recently. If not, please visit the App Store or Google Play to download to the latest!

New features of this latest version include:

- Daily Prayer notifications and reminders that take you to the hours of prayer you choose
- Church Finder feature for locating churches in North America, with parish info and navigation
- Liturgical Calendar additions that include multi-event days, fasting days, and memorial days

Along with the latest liturgical resources, we pray that the Church Finder will be helpful for the young adults moving this summer to new schools or jobs. We hope that this feature will make it easier for you to connect with those local churches and spiritual orgs, including the Campus Ministry programs in the area. Please feel free to message us if you have questions, or require any assistance navigating through these or any of the features.

We would also like to announce a few of the upcoming features to the App that are currently in development. Of which includes a Screen Mirroring feature that would allow you to cast the prayer texts from your device to a compatible TV or projector. Another feature in development is the Search function, that would allow you to search by keyword for prayers, bible verses, and other available resources.

Please also note that the notification feature for Liturgical Calendar events and Announcements are still under development too. We thank you again for your patience, understanding, and support as we continue to add new features and improve upon the App.
