Do you want to look younger without looking like you had plastic surgery? That is a significant road block for many patients to feel comfortable having surgery. There are many ways to ensure a natural result based upon a surgeon’s natural aesthetic and attention to detail.

Here is a patient before and after lower face and necklift, endoscopic brow lift, and laser resurfacing with contour TRL. Without seeing the before would you ever think she had surgery? She looks more youthful and vibrant but completely herself. That’s the entire goal of cosmetic facial surgery. She was a wonderful patient of mine and I was honored to take care of her.

2 months out from endoscopic brow lift and upper blepharoplasty. When this surgery is performed well it creates a softer, more refreshed look to the eyes and overall facial expression without looking fake or unnatural. It can also help reduce (not eliminate) forehead and glabellar (frown) lines.

In regards to her surgery notice the improvement in her heavy upper and lower lids as well as the malar bags. There’s been a natural improvement in cheek and tear trough volume from the combination of fat repositioning and fat transfer. Her brow position has been gently shifted with a more youthful lateral arch that we all lose with age.

Excited to share more details about my new practice! In September I will be opening my completely renovated and state of the art office where I will be expanding my cosmetic surgical and non-surgical services. Lower blepharoplasty with a combination of fat excision and fat repositioning to the under eye hollow along with conservative laser resurfacing. He was amazed at his transformation looking back at where he started and where he is now. Thank you to him for letting me share his photos, he has been a wonderful patient to take care of.

Before and after lower blepharoplasty with fat repositioning. In these surgeries there is a balance between fat removal and fat preservation. For this patient a small amount of fat was removed while the rest was repositioned into the hollow under the eyes. You can see she still has some subtle darkness under her eyes but the bags and overall appearance of her eyes is softer, more youthful, and elegant.
Complete reduction of dark circles is not usually a realistic goal for many patients. I always say to expect a significant improvement in dark circles but that a small amount is still very normal because darkness under the eyes is multifactorial (that’s a topic for discussion sometime!). Regardless of the cause I will make sure we do everything possible to achieve the results you desire.

She has healed wonderfully with a softer, more youthful and rested facial aesthetic. Many patients prefer in office surgery compared to the operating room. All of my patients can choose between either option depending upon their personal preference.

I have included before photos with and without a flash to fully appreciate the degree of under eye bag reduction and improvement in dark circles. Another natural, refreshed result!

Incredibly happy for this sweet patient of mine. She underwent endoscopic brow lift, upper blepharoplasty, and lower face and neck lift surgery. Now she looks the way she feels inside. I love this transformation for her. Over time we will use different modalities to smooth out fine lines and wrinkles around her mouth but the hard work has been done with surgery. Results in the lower lid and cheeks were achieved with fat transfer and laser alone giving a beautiful and natural transformation that will last. Doesn’t she look beautiful!

Prior to surgery she had volume loss in the midface with sagging skin, under eye bags, and some areas of swelling from filler. We dissolved the filler and performed surgery plus fat grafting. She is about 2 months out from surgery and loves her results.

Eyelid surgery is very common for men. This patient of mine is about 7 weeks out from lower blepharoplasty, laser resurfacing, and fat repositioning. There is still a tiny bit of redness to the skin but you can see a dramatic reduction in dark circles, bags, and wrinkles. He has been so great to have as a patient and was happy to let me share his photos for all the other guys out there considering this surgery!

This lovely patient of mine came from out of state and I performed upper blepharoplasty, endoscopic brow lift, lower blepharoplasty, facial fat transfer, laser resurfacing, morpheus8, and a mini cheek lift. We were able to achieve a dramatic reduction in under eye bags, malar bags, hooded eyelids, and overall facial contour. Malar bags are a challenging condition and not every patient is a candidate for the procedures and techniques I have developed. In addition, I would be lying if I said everyone can expect such a dramatic reduction in malar bags. But in the right patient and conditions I have had success. It starts with honesty and setting expectations for the patient. And remember, these are selfie photos taken by the patient since she is not local.
