TRICEP DIPS:

Triceps dips can be performed with a couch, chair, or bench.

-Place your hands shoulder-width apart on the furniture you are using and move your pelvis and butt forward, providing yourself enough space to dip down.

-Slightly step your feet forward so that your legs are nearly straight (but don’t lock your knees!).

-Lower your body down slowly and then push back up, focusing on engaging your triceps to lower and lift your body.

Congratulations to Tyler for being the winner of our "How Healthy Are You Eating" contest!🥳 Over 14 days , Tyler consistently ate gluten free breads ( and breaded meat) , pastas and chips as well as grass finished & nitrate free meats which are all very healthy ways that foods are processed .

---Suspension Trainer Triceps Extension---

1. To begin, add length to the straps and stand under
the suspension trainer’s anchor point.

2. Lean your weight forward and bend your elbows so
you feel your triceps stretching . Make sure your
palms are facing each other behind your head.

3.While keeping your body straight and your abs
braced, extend your elbows, rotating your palms so
they face down while they're extended.

Calf Raises

-Stand straight on any platform that is raised .There must be no support beneath the heel. Your feet must be a slightly less than hip-width apart.

-Raise your heels as far as possible and hold the position for a few seconds.

-Place your heels back towards the beginning position , moving them a little more downwards due to lack of support beneath your heels.

-Gradually come back to the starting position.
