Julia Holdren, a dedicated force on the track! ๐โโ๏ธ Her journey began in middle school, balancing both running and soccer for a decade. Despite uncertainties during her senior year due to COVID, Julia found her home at Lenoir-Rhyne University.
The summer of 2023 marked the start of her training with The Athletes Guild, where she felt an unparalleled sense of belonging and energy. Whenever she's home, she eagerly returns to AG, knowing she's getting stronger with each workout. The AG coaching staff's expertise and motivation have pushed Julia to new heights, enhancing her speed and strength. ๐ช
Although an ACL injury has paused her season, Coach Dustinโs unwavering support has kept her spirits high. We can't wait to see your recovery and comeback, Julia! ๐
