Working on a combination case today. Lower anterior PFM crowns with cast partial denture and upper complete denture . denture teeth from Vita. After wax try in the case will be injected with high impact acrylic resin.

processing today. ivobase injection is the best way to process acrylic resin. Polymerization shrinkage is compensated leaving minimal shrinkage which means better fitting dentures and less post delivery adjustments. The RMR feature also significant reduces the residual monomer content to under 1% which maximizes compatibility with the oral cavity.

Improving our dentures with our new tissue composites and akzent effect stains!!! Can’t wait to see the results!!

Upper and lower right out of the injection unit with no movement of the teeth as it should be.
Injected acrylic is as hard and strong as any acrylic milled disc.
With teeth incorporated during injection our composite teeth are not popping out or breaking off.

This year we are going back into digital dentistry. We will still be offering analog restorations. We have been fabricating quality appliances like this for years and they will still be in demand.
It's hard to avoid moving forward with the times as digital workflows are easier for all involved with less appointments and quicker turn around times.
We are looking forward to expanding our services.

Pumiced with Garreco resilience pumice on Keystone Hatho Poly Buff.
High shined with a buff and Yates Motloid Moldent buffing agent.

She told me I’m going to make you into a super tech. They financed a full service lab with CAD CAM and analog equipment. Also that is where Shanon and I met.
We still work with Dr Wang and will never be able thank her enough for all she has done.
