Happy Independence Day to all of our friends and followers from the entire Randolph Farms team!! 🇺🇲💥🎉
We always LOVE getting messages like this from our customers! 🔥💥
We have been extremely busy this weekend working on the farm, having calves and doing the normal farm stuff. THANK YOU to all the fine people that purchased an 1/8th of a beef from us. We are still working on responding to all the messages and comments that were on hip cookeville. The wholesale beef from these 1/8ths are out but we should have more next month. In comments I'll post the labels so you can get an idea of what all comes in an 1/8th of beef along with what size those cuts are! Again thank you all for your patience and supporting local business!
Hey Y'all! We have fresh 8ths of beef available for purchase right now. Please let us know if you're interested in purchasing an 8th of a beef.
An 8th of a beef usually runs between 50 and 70 pounds of finished and packaged beef, but we do not have the exact weights from the processor yet as the beef is just being cut...so it's very fresh! [the photos shown are from a previous order].
These 8ths include Ribeye, NY Strip, Sirloin, Filet, Skirt, Flank, Flat Iron, Cube, and (usually) some Chuck Steaks. They will also include the different cuts of roasts, crosscut beef shank (aka: soup bone), stew meat, short ribs, and ground beef...so a really good mixture to last you a few months. The cattle are raised right here in Putnam County, are always in pasture, are grass-fed & grain-finished to give the beef that nice marbling. DM if interested or let us know if you have any questions.
Train up a child in the way they should go and when they are old they will not depart from it! This girl needs to work for Randolph Farms! ⭐️
✨WE HAVE 8THS AVAILABLE!!! Average weight of beef boxes will be somewhere between 50 and 70 pounds but we don't have the final weights yet. DM us now if interested! 🐃✨

⚠️ATTENTION FRIENDS! ⚠️- We've had a last minute cancellation on a WHOLE beef order. SO, if you're needing some fresh beef, we just picked this up from the processor last week. We can sell it as a Whole beef, a Half or in Quarters. 🐃First come, first serve, no holds. Message us ASAP if interested! 🐄
Know what you’re buying. This picture has store beef(left), and farm beef(right). There is an obvious visible difference between the two! But the differences don’t stop there!
1. You may notice in the picture the color difference. The store bought is pumped full of additives and water. There isn’t a guarantee of where that beef came from either. Yes, it may have USDA label on it but as long as that animal was packaged in the US, it can be called a Product of the USA. The meat in the package is not from one single cow, rather scraps from multiple cows. It could have came from Argentina, Canada, or Brazil.
2. The beef on the right is darker and is farm raised beef. It is filled with more nutrients & flavor. The ground is also from one cow and not just scraps from multiple cows.
3. Buying your beef from a local Farmer/Rancher you are helping them to pay their light bill, feed more cows, or to buy a little girl dance shoes or a little boy baseball gear. Buying from the store just lines the pockets of the already wealthy meat packers. Let’s help each other. We help you eat healthy, you help us provide for our families.
Buy from a local ranch/farm! (post & photo shared from another FB user)

We hope you'll choose us to buy from here locally but even if not us, there are plenty of beef producers right here in the Upper Cumberland...locally raised and locally processed. Let your local producers supply you with good, clean beef that is raised humanely.
