Bathing & showeing tips to prevent Psoriasis flares….
- Only shower once daily
- Use warm instead of hot water
- Limit bathing to 5-15 mins
- Skip the Loofah
- Use mild fragrance free soap
- Rinse thoroughly

Sunburn Sunday
Unfortunately sunburn happens even when we follow Dr. H’s advice to apply and reapply sunscreen! We forgive you and want to help you recover quickly!
Sunburn tips-
-stay in the shade
-apply moisturizer often
-don’t pop any blisters
-consider taking an anti inflammatory like Ibuprofen.
Fundraiser Friday 🥳 Miami Bridge
Dr. H & family recently participated in the Miami Physicians Fishing Tournament supporting the Miami Bridge Youth & Family Services, INC. Their mission…..”To develop strong confident youth reaching their full potential.” Dr. H was honored to provide sunscreen to all the fishing tournament participants! Her family did pretty well in the finals (sunscreen brought good luck) and everyone enjoyed a fun party raising money for a great cause! Giving back to our community while providing sun protection….what could be better or more fun 😉
